Yo,
I recently got this question from one of my subscribers:
“Why You’re Promoting John’s Newsletter For A While?”
So let me tell you a quick incident of mine.
I was in Copy Creator Club, aka Alin Dragu’s community.
So one day we were talking about Australia’s #1 copywriter, Daniel Throssell, on: “What does he do to grow his email list to 60k+ subscribers?”
And the funny thing is, he never used any social media to grow his email list.
Shocking, isn’t it?
Cause majority of his subscribers come from list swapping and word of mouth.
And there I researched: “What is list swapping?”
Well, If you have similar subscriber numbers to someone else in the same niche….
It’s good to promote each other to grow faster, sell more, and learn more.
But there are some key things before promoting anyone:
They are actively sending emails.
Their open rate and CTR is in good and healthy condition.
And most importantly, you like that person’s emails.
So John fulfils all these criteria. That’s why I am suggesting him from the last 6 emails.
And for now, this will be the last time I promote him.
I am sure we will do it again in 2-3 months.
So yeah, if you’re someone who wants to learn copy and marketing:
Through his storytelling and big characters.
A guy who is a co-founder of a 5-6 figure agency, while sitting with his doggy.
Wrote over 500+ emails in 1 year while sitting on a California beach.
