Officially, I turned 20. If you doubt, you can see my passport, {{first_name|Bro}}:

And today in this email, I am gonna share the top 20 lessons I learned as a teenager, which could help at any stage of life you're in right now:
Lesson 1: Accept Rejection
Rejection shows up everywhere. Whether you’re proposing to your girlfriend or pitching to your client.
It hurts first, then it teaches you how to improve.
Lesson 2: Analyse Your Day
If you never look back at your day, nothing changes. So before going to bed, analyse your day with a pen and paper.
Lesson 3: Start Early
If you’re young or old, you’re not late. You’re early. Cause you realised, and the time you have right now is your biggest advantage.
Lesson 4: Learn High-Value Skills
Dreams don’t matter at the start. Skills do. Be useful before being ambitious.
Lesson 5: Be Careful With Your Circle
Your habits slowly become your friends’ habits. Choose people who take growth seriously. Cause you’re the average of 5 people, you spend most of your time.
Lesson 6: Health Is Non-Negotiable
No energy means no focus. No focus means nothing moves forward. So, prioritise it over anything.
Lesson 7: Build Strong Routines
Motivation comes and goes. But Simple routines will keep you moving and consistent for years.
Lesson 8: Read Books
Reading doesn’t matter, but Understanding does. So, read with intention
Lesson 9: Execution Over Perfection
Waiting to feel ready delays everything. Action teaches faster than thinking. So, take the fuc*ing action.
Lesson 10: Document Your Journey
Recording your progress keeps you honest. Later, it becomes proof and inspries other too
Lesson 11: Live in the Moment
Don’t live only for the future version of you. But live in your NOW with your family, cause it will never come.
Lesson 12: Celebrate Small Wins
Small wins create momentum. Just don’t stop after them, but keep going.
Lesson 13: Complete Your High School
If your family depends on you, stability matters. Take smart risks, don’t drop out blindly.
Lesson 14: Control Ego, Stay Calm
Ego blocks learning. So, be curious and be a student in your life to learn every time.
Lesson 15: Character Over Everything
Reputation takes years to build and seconds to destroy, so keep it at your highest level.
Lesson 16: Start Networking Early
You don’t need people nearby. The internet already connects you. Join Discord servers and communities, and then connect with people.
Lesson 17: Believe in Yourself
Self-doubt shows up often. Belief means not quitting.
Lesson 18: Focus on One Thing
One direction beats ten distractions. Always.
Lesson 19: Don’t Be Scared to Take Risks
Growth feels uncomfortable at first. That’s normal. So, get the balls to take risks.
Lesson 20: Never Quit
Most people don’t fail. They leave too early. If you stay long, you will win by default, for sure.
