Today, I'm Cooked As Boiled Rice

If you remember my last emails, I talked about going on a tour with my Discord bro.

We recorded a lot of videos. Took a lot of photos.

Last day, we were talking: "Why not make a 60-second reel of all these moments?"

It will inspire other Discord guys and internet entrepreneurs to take action and meet in real life. And to make something big.

So, we both agreed.

But the editing part was on my shoulders. Because I'm a marketer and storyteller can do it better than him.

He's into finance and trading.

So, yesterday I started editing the reel.

1 pm to 6 pm.

Then from 7 pm to 12 am.

10+ hours.

Just to edit a single reel lol.

I sent it to him in the afternoon. He didn't like it.

He said, "Storytelling is good, but it's 90 seconds. Too long. Cut some parts. And the quality is bad."

So I decided to buy a $3 video quality enhancer.

Results was Decent. But still not good enough.

I was literally cooked like boiled rice at that moment.

Then I decided: I will do everything in my life, but travel edits?

It's harder than posting pictures on socials. Way harder.

But I always prioritise memories over reels.

So I uploaded it anyway. Low quality. On YouTube and Threads.

And deleted afterwards LOL.

Then went back and edited it again.

All cool now.

At the end, I went to bed. Decided to finish other work the next day.

After all this, I realised perfection is expensive.

Next time, I'll post the first version. Get feedback early. Outsource if needed.

Because done is better than perfect. Even if it's low quality.
