Yo,

If you watched my SMMA journal, then you know about the Tea Stall stuff.

So, making it shorter, if you don't know: right now, I am going to tea stalls every evening to sip tea and explore the problems of people.

Because the tea point is the place in India where people come after their heavy work in the evening to talk about their problems.

And you can create something and innovate something to sell by giving a solution to that problem.

So I have visited around 7-8 shops till date; I am writing this email. But one chai lady in our hometown gave me a lot of goosebumps.

Because she's so crazy.

And the reason I say it: I was sipping tea, then a little kid around 3-4 yrs old came to buy a Kurkure.

But he's saying "kukuri chatt", meaning give me the chaat. But the lady didn't have any Kurkure chaat.

And that lady didn't get what this child was saying. Then I said, "Hey, he's asking for a flavour of chaat of Kurkure."

She searched for it, but she didn't have any chaat.

So, she said to the kid, "Take your money and go," in a rude way.

Kinda crazy.

I know these Indian ladies are crazy in the best way, because she's a lone lady managing her shop to maintain her family, mentor her kids, and everything by herself.

So that's a salute. A big salute.

But behaviour can be changed.

And the lesson from this email is that human behaviour teaches you a lot of stuff about life and communication more than anything else.
