Yesterday I was posting on Instagram, and this post came up in my feed:

It hit me so hard that it made me share with you, {{first_name|Bro}}.
Because it's true.
So ask yourself: “When's the last time you created something?”
Wrote an email. Made a video.
Anything.
Think…..3…..2…..1
Now ask: “When's the last time you scrolled?”
Watched videos or consumed some reels.
I bet the second answer is "5 minutes ago."
But the first question’s answer may be some hours or days ago.
And you can relate that whenever you write an email, you feel better, but whenever you scroll for an hour, you feel worse and foggy.
That’s biology.
Cause Consuming makes you feel hollow. Creating makes you feel whole.
But most people are stuck in consumption mode. Then they wonder why they feel unfulfilled.
So, just know the answer.
That’s why.
Stop consuming. Start creating.
You don't have to be perfect. Doesn't have to be long.
Write one email. Record one video. Post one thought.
10-15 minutes a day. That's it.
Do it today. Then reply to this email and show me what you made.
I want to see it.
And if you've been on my list for months without ever engaging, creating, or replying?
You'll get automatically unsubscribed from this in the 1st week of next month.
Not because I'm mad. Because my emails are for people who actually do something with what they learn.
If you just consume and never create, you don't need another newsletter. You need to stop reading and start building.
So go create something. Then show me.
