Hey {{first_name|Bro}},
Today's topic will be a little different from the copy, so if you want to read, you can.
Still, I remember the exact date on the calendar:
"17th Feb 2025"
These were days so joyful and amazing cause I had a team of people who did everything: Work, lunch, and sometimes sleeping together on Discord calls, too lol.
But there's one incident that separated our group of 4 multinational friends.
And that incident happened only because of two words, and I will not reveal it now, but anytime in future.
Then we raised questions to each other, had ego clashes.
Then boom.
I kicked them out of my server with my anger, and my ego didn't let me talk with them for 1 week.
Then, after 1 week, there's one close friend who was more interactive with me. I talked with her, and then she said: “Talk with others and keep your ego and anger on one side and think with a calm and cool mind. We started copy together in 2024, and all were gonna make it.”
But…
I was late, I ruined it all, so there's no teamwork and fun anymore. From that day, 3 of them left the copywriting, but I'm still doing it today.
I am happy we chose separate paths, and recently, they're all doing well in life. That's what I am happy about.
And the reason to remind it, cause there's some similar anger came into my mind last night for some reasons.
So, I remembered that day and told myself: “Let me be calm and patient cause I don’t wanna ruin other things.”
And it's the same for copy.
You have to be calmer and patient with your clients, cause you will get 100 nos, rejections and some ghosted clients too.
But that one, yes, and the payment received notification can change everything for you.
So, don't let your ego kill you, but be a student and learn from every mistake you make and keep improving.
