I started unboxing all the books. But one book's packaging impressed me a lot.

So I did something like this:

And most businesses focus on the product. The price. The delivery speed.

But this guy focused on the experience.

Good packaging. A handwritten note. A simple emoji asking for a rating.

That's it. And it worked on me as a customer.

He turned a ₹200 book order into a customer who will buy from him again. Same thing in copywriting and marketing.

You can have the best offer. The lowest price. The fastest delivery.

But if the customer experience sucks, nobody remembers you.

Add one small touch that makes people feel seen.

  • A thank-you note in the packaging.

  • A personalised email after purchase.

  • A follow-up message asking how they liked it.

These don't cost much. But it creates loyalty. Cause your customer experience is the real gold in marketing.

So, look over the tiny details that make people say, "This person actually cares."
