SD Cards & Their Marketing

2 weeks ago, I was at KIIT Road.

Hanging here and there with my sister's mini Scooty, trying to find this tiny thing:

Yeah, which I can order online, but the price is way higher than usual.

Then I asked at 10 shops. They said, "We don't have it."

And in one shop, when I entered, I saw a 200-rupee note on the floor.

I took it & gave it to the shopkeeper.

And in that instant moment, from my left pant pocket, the caller tune started. I got a quick call from my sis about buying some stuff.

Then, after finishing the call, the shopkeeper said: “It might be from the delivery boy; he was in a rush.”

Then I said ok cool, "Do you have a memory microSD card, 32 GB, extreme?"

He said: "We don't buy it anymore, cause the price suddenly rose because of the export situation and the trade war."

So they are waiting for the perfect time when the price will be low, and they can buy.

And the reality is the low-price time is never there, according to my research afterwards, cause of AI and demand.

In some industries, companies want more chips and memory cards for their data storage, and they are paying a very good amount to these manufacturers.

So why would it be sold to normal people?

So the SD card has almost disappeared, and the price is too high because of AI.

Cause 10-year-ago in a smartphone, we got an SD card slot too, but today we don't lol.

Insane.
