Hey {{first_name|Bro}},
Today, I was doing cardio near the riverside. But something weird happened that almost made me die.
My heart was pumping at that moment so fast that it could pump a cycle lol.
I think I am at the door of hell, and God came in the form of a cow to get me.
Cause a lot of cows in front of me ran and came towards me. Then realized there was an odd behaviour in them sometimes.
I thanked god and walked away from there and made myself a promise to write an email about this hilarious event.
Every event has a cause and effect.
It taught me to stay away from the cows, especially during odd behaviours.
And that doesn't mean I will stop cardio and will miss this scenario:

But learning from it and taking action from it matters the most.
That's something that happened to me while doing cold calls to clients:
First Client: Not interested
2nd: I am outside, no calls till the 12th of Feb
3rd: Call me at 3:00 pm (then she blocked me)
4th: The receptionist received and couldn’t make me talk with owner
5th: My grandpa died, so I am busy
Can you see the objections, {{first_name|Bro}}?
Here, the way you will tackle these objections and move them towards saying yes to your service is the biggest challenge.
And that's nothing but the cause, and in effect, after 100 calls, you will have a client who will be the cause of making you 4 figures.
So, keep moving with your odd and weird movements, because it will teach you a lot more than the comfort of reading this email.

How much could AI save your support team?
Peak season is here. Most retail and ecommerce teams face the same problem: volume spikes, but headcount doesn't.
Instead of hiring temporary staff or burning out your team, there’s a smarter move. Let AI handle the predictable stuff, like answering FAQs, routing tickets, and processing returns, so your people focus on what they do best: building loyalty.
Gladly’s ROI calculator shows exactly what this looks like for your business: how many tickets AI could resolve, how much that costs, and what that means for your bottom line. Real numbers. Your data.
If you have any queries, feel free to ask by replying to this email.
I will get back to you ASAP.
