This might shock you, I’ve written 200–250-word emails in less than 5 minutes.
Every. Single. Time.
And no, it’s not because I follow some expensive framework or because I’m chasing a Guinness World Record.
But whenever I get an idea, I open my notes app (on phone or laptop) and just write it out.

Read the copy out loud to catch mistakes.
Make small edits in phrasing, tone, and flow.
That’s it. A polished, ready-to-send email done in under 15 minutes.
But the magic is always in the first draft.
