A few days ago, I told you one of my reels hit 300k+ views. 

What I didn't tell you is what happened after.

The DMs started coming in.

"Bro, your content is fire, can I get your number?" "I'm doing X, let's connect personally, drop your number."

One after another.

And in that situation remembered something Alex Hormozi said:

“Never give your number to a stranger who is broke, not providing any value to you, and just eating up your time.”

So I didn't.

I either ignored them or flipped the conversation and pointed them to my community.

Cause I'm only giving my attention to a group, why would I give it one-to-one for free to someone I don't even know?

And the moment you start handing your number to every random person sliding into your DMs, you are basically saying your time is worth nothing.

So, guard your attention like money. Because it is more valuable than money.

Build a community. Put people in it. Give value there. 

And 1:1 is for people who have earned it & are willing to pay for it.
