So the new manager is from the same city side I was living in, so the vibe matched, and we exchanged contacts.
And he does like personality and confidence.
Talked about investment and hometown.
So being friendly is important, cause when my agency grows and money comes, it will be distributed to the right managers and a lot of banking things.
