After closing a client from a superstar restaurant, I still haven't talked to the owner cause most of the time he's on vacation or in a meeting lol.

And the general manager he did impress me a lot.

Not because he is in shape, well-dressed, and good-looking.

But his sales skills, observation, and the energy he has to understand people's intentions.

And that made me feel: decision-makers and top-level management are superstars at sales in big brands.

So again, SALES is the number one skill and the most important skill above anything.

Cause I learn more about SALES offline than online lol, by doing, talking, and getting scolded by the people.

Haha.
