Yo,
“1…2…3…4…
Get on the dance floor.”
That's exactly what I am listening to while writing this email lol.
So, is it possible to do work while listening to music? It depends on person to person, cause some just dance out when listening to music, like me.
But it's writing, baby, so I am concentrated. But for other work, I would love to do it with silence or just gamma waves.
Cause if you do your work with high-frequency music, your dopamine is gonna hit, and once it's at its top,
It's so hard to concentrate.
But…
There's an exception: if you are ok and know how to control the music notes and your emotions, then all is ok.
Also, moms are the no.1 multitaskers in the world, but as an entrepreneur, my choice should be focusing on one thing at a time.
Like, this email is about listening to music.
And this email is ending with the music of "Subha Hone Na De," a Bollywood song lol.
See you in the next one.
