After a lot of here and there, I finally decided to hire a social media manager.
Who will only spend the time on my socials to engage and interact, while the posting part is still on me.
Cause I know I spend a lot of time interacting and being on feed, so I want to save time and utilise it on some other work, especially my Indian SMMA.
And being a social media manager, he can get the knowledge on the platform. He is a complete newbie I hired.
But we exchange a lot of things.
Especially money, ideas, and time. Cause it's gonna help him a lot and me too.
For me, it's time. And for him, it's experience.
Money is just a medium to keep it.
