Yo,
As you can see in this screenshot, I'm recording a video in front of these two jewellery shops:

And there's one big building which has been under construction for the last four years.
So I was just recording my video, until this guy:

As you can see, as I marked, came in front of my camera and stood there for like five minutes, looking at my camera so suspiciously.
And I was feeling very uncomfortable, but I was still able to record the video.
But when I finished recording, he asked me: "Do you speak English?"
I said: "Yeah, I do speak English. So what's the matter?"
He said, "I really like your confidence."
Then I asked him straight: "Are you the owner of something here?"
He said, "I'm the head architect of what this building is."
Then I just went and talked and talked.
And I got the opportunity from my confidence and energy.
He said: "Let's go, and I will show you the hotel which is being constructed inside."
And it's spent crores to build. And they will spend more on marketing the rows.
So I got two lessons from him.
When I asked him two questions: "What is the best and the worst experience of your life as a four-year experienced architect?"
He said: "Until your work isn't done, people will ask you, people will judge you in your process, people will judge you in everything. But once it's done, people will say, he is the man. He built it."
And he has a lot of contacts with local IAS officers.
So he is a very wealthy person. And he's not from our state, he's from South India, from Hyderabad. And he is very good at his craft.
In between, he was also pulling out his branded cigar from his pocket. Which made me a little uncomfortable. But I do respect his expertise, because what he does, he loves to do.
And he is making millions.
In his entire life network, it will be worth more than a million with this job.
So if you ever get someone who comes to talk with you in the street, and they're valuable, go and learn from them.
Go and talk.
Just listen and listen and listen. Because that's what will make you go further.
Because people don't listen. People don't talk with a lot of people because they're just staying inside their homes, doing nothing.
So just go outside. Be social. Talk with people. Know about business. Know about life. Know about everything.
That's how you improve in business and in life.

Panic is a financial news strategy. Clarity is ours.
Markets move. Headlines catastrophise. But somewhere inside the noise is the story that matters — the opportunity, not the fear.
The Daily Upside was built by Wall Street insiders to find it — global business and finance, reported without the alarm.
