Hey bro,

I got rejected. And I'm so sad about it. And it almost made me quit marketing, almost quit everything.

And it's not about my girlfriend. It's not about my family. But it's about the client.

So on July 1st, I went to pitch 3 clients.

The first client I didn't close. The last 2 clients were closed in a good way.

And the reason the first client said no, I was a little nervous. Then the way I presented myself

In India, if you wear a little fancy glasses, old people think you are not well-mannered or not professional.

So there could be two things: my body language, and the glasses thing. That might be the reason i didn’t close him.

Or third, the client might be too sceptical about me being young. Knowing a lot of things, but young. So it's kind of an ego thing: "Why will I work with a kid?"

So there are 3 things. But I will prioritise first how I present myself as a person, then the other things.

So yeah, everything teaches you something.

That doesn't mean if I get rejected at first, I will not go to the next two stops. Because the next two stops, I closed them.

So I'm happy. And you have to do the same.

If you didn't get a reply from your client, didn't get a response, just move further. Or just follow up until they say "not interested" or "fuck off."

That's the psychology. That's how you should do things.
