It might sound a little awkward…
Cause as an entrepreneur, we have a mindset of always being locked inside the house.
But I was never meant to be that way.
I always try to do something new in life: either going to a party or exploring the world through travel.
And my core philosophy is:
“The more you fuck around, the more you're gonna figure it out.”
I don't want to be more philosophical. But coming back to the incident. I was at SATURDAY run club as usual.
Every week, we have some kind of event, whether it's for a charity for orphan kids or having some club events.
So I do like it. And when I was there, I felt the humour.
I learned about human psychology a lot.
Because you can see which people are actually dancing, who they are surrounded by, and who is the most introverted person in the room, standing in a different corner.
All are strangers. But I'm still dancing with them lol.
And if you know the four personality types from the "Surrounded By Idiots" book:
The red personality is dominating, loves to hold the power, loves to enjoy, and brings energy to the room.
While the yellow personality is the charmer; they want to be the centre of attraction. So you will see them always singing a lot and dancing.
I was dancing behind the yellow personalities. Because I am a red personality myself.
And also, the introvert guys. The blue and green personalities.
They are in a different corner of the room because they are also strangers, but they don't want to dance.
They are shy lol. And it's the same with your client.
Because your client will be a stranger; you don't know them. You have to dance with them.
I mean, you have to approach them in a way that you close with your confidence and your promise.
