So, I wanna divorce AI cause everyone is marrying it.

And refusing it at all is also stupid in this computer age, where you could save plenty of time with it

Use AI for content ideas and grammar fixes (like I do)
Write the first draft yourself
Let AI polish, not replace
But don't marry it or you're gonna make the same babies as the market is making, and people will not like these cause they all look the same.
