Yo,
As a mountain biker…
Wait...
It's not a mountain biker….
But a huge mountain peak overthinker; I overthink every freaking moment of my life.
When I go and be social, I overthink every freaking thing.
And if you are the same guy, then this email or article is gonna help you a lot.
You will want to thank me. But I don't want you to, so save it for later.
So, being straight to the point. I rethink at 1.11 am about:
Every moment.
Every talk.
Every face and every gesture and every freaking thing.
So if you are this, make sure you are either drawing, writing, or making a video expressing your feelings.
And the most beneficial way for me to think is to WRITE.
This is exactly what I'm doing right now.
Because when you first write something and then leave that first draft, when you come back to that writing, it will look so shitty…
Then you will have the 2nd draft. And when it comes to the third and fourth drafts, it will be the good copy.
Because writing is not only about putting words on paper. But you are connecting your mind with your feelings into something physical.
And it's the same when you're writing in Google Docs.
So you're just expressing yourself. And the more you express yourself, the freer you will get from overthinking.
And the second-best way to get out of overthinking is to create something, either by drawing.
But I'm not good at drawing. You can see some of my drawings here from my childhood:
Yeah, I know, funny lol.
But another way is by creating content.
Like, I journal every single day on this channel, as you can see:
So that's how I am gaining more clarity and better communication with people.
Because I'm good at overthinking. But I'm also good at expressing.
So never make your overthinking a weakness. Make it your power by writing and creating.
