Yo,
As you can see in this photo, I went to a running event, a running club. And I was being so shy, so uncomfortable interacting with anyone.
Until I got some balls and went and talked with a man who had a monkey T-shirt. And I just started talking.
Then one guy came from behind us and approached us to talk. And it was his first run, and the first time in this club. He is only 16 years old. He's so confident that his confidence reflected on me to go and meet with people.
Now I was so fearful of talking before, but with him, what I felt was that I connected with a lot of people. I learned a lot.
And it's the same when you start to grow on social media or anywhere.
When you start to grow, people will look at you.
People will see you. "How did you do that?"
And at the end, what happened? I just stayed authentic as usual.
So go and talk with strangers. Go to clubs and see your growth as an individual on your own.
