Yo,
Recently, I've been getting a lot of DMs like this:
I was like: “Do I really need a co-founder?”
And to be honest:
HELL YEAHHH….
I have a very heavy workload, so I don't have a lot of time to manage everything.
Currently, I'm managing a personal brand alongside my agency.
Of course, the personal brand itself generates leads for the agency, so there's nothing to worry about there.
But I need more free time to think, script, and ideate.
All the editing and shooting will be done by the videographer, under my guidance as the creative director, or, you could say, founder.
If you have a co-founder, your work will be divided…
But I lack capital, so I can't hire anyone.
I do have a strong personal brand in my local area, so people literally reach out to me to work for free ..
But I'm being very conscious about whom I hire. And I see myself as having a brand like Alex Hormozi in Ashu way.
Because of Leila, he is doing even better. Cause the best partnerships make both people and business better.
So if I ever have a co-founder, it will be my partner with a different skill set.
Cause it will push each other to do better in our stuff which will contribute in relation, business and of course life…
TOO DELUSIONAL LOL!
And I'm only saying this to my private list. I don't know what will happen or when.
I'm just waiting for the right time and the right people.
For now:
Open for: video editors, videographers, sales team, marketing team, DM closers, designers, thumbnail designers.
Not open for: co-founder.
