Yo
Yesterday, I was talking with the most famous copywriter from Los Angeles, California, John Cripps (John Bangea Don Lol!)
And he was asking me: "Bro, are you getting any clients nowadays?"
I said: "Yeah, I got three"
John: "How are you getting clients? Like, are you going to networking events, getting inbound leads? Did you pitch anyone?"
Me: "Yeah, I did pitch someone.”
John: “Well, be prepared and make some soft sell to them."
Me: "It's too hard to sell these people. Because they are such smart founders and individuals that they will instantly recognise I'm gonna sell something."
So I changed my approach.

Because I'm not going to any founders' event. I'm going to a run club.
So when you're going to a run club or any othersports-related club, make sure you are making friends there.
Talk with people. Talk about life. Talk about the situation.
After some time, when you get to know each other, then you can talk about business.
Say: "I do this stuff."
If they want to know more about it, they will ask by themselves.
You don't need to push them.
Or if they say: "Hey, I have that problem”, then you can say: "Okay, I can help you out with it. But there's an x cost."
Make sure you are maintaining the relationship and never approaching from day one. Because I made that mistake once.
I went to a charity business founder.
I asked her: "Hey, is your name X?" But I was wrong at that moment.
She said: "No, it's Y."
Then I asked: "Hey, are you into the charity business? "
She gave an awkward facial reaction like this:

And then she ignored me cause someone called her out at that moment.
Then I left that place & realised I made a mistake. So make sure when you're approaching people that it's the right environment to pitch.
Understand that environment first. Then you can go further.
That's the message for this email.

Every sales leader knows the feeling. You walk into a pipeline review with a number you believe in, and twenty minutes later, you're defending every line item to a CEO who just wants to know what's actually going to close.
HubSpot Sales Hub ends that conversation. Every deal, every rep's activity, and every buyer signal are all in one place and updated automatically. So your forecast is built on what's actually happening. And when you present that number, you can stand behind it.
If you have any queries, feel free to reply to this email.
I will get back to you ASAP.
