Last night, at 2:30 AM, I was walking around, reading the book "Surrounded by Psychopaths."

Then, for a moment, I stopped and thought about a weird pattern in every Gen Z entrepreneur.

Most of Gen-z are night owls.

  • Work till 3 AM. Wake up at noon.

  • Stay in their room. Focus on their business above all else.

  • Gym obsessed and care about health.

I do the same thing. But my eating and sleep are too messed up.

And we're told to follow older entrepreneurs' routines.

Because they:

  • Wake up at 6 AM (The Early Birds)

  • Work 9 to 5 (The Fixed Hours)

  • Dinner with family (Always)

But we Gen Z work when we feel like it. Eat when we remember. Sleep when we crash.

And somehow it works. Because we're not optimising for balance. We're optimising for output.

But…

There's a problem.

You can run this way for 6 months. Maybe a year.

Then your body gives up.

I'm not saying become a morning person. I'm saying don't ignore the basics.

You can work at 2 AM. But eat properly. Sleep enough.

The goal isn't to work the longest. 

It's to work the smartest without destroying yourself.
