Hey {{first_name|Bro}},

Yesterday, when I got a message pinned with my name:

“@ashurex, review my copy”

Then I said ok, let me take a look at this.

So, I am gonna show you what a terrible AI copy looks like, and how you can make your copy sound human while using AI.

This review’s:

  • Black text will include the newbie writer’s email copy

  • The Blue text will be my opinion and comment.

Copy:

Subject Line:

You spent hours editing… and got 263 views?

REVIEW:

263 is specific, but I don't know if it's for shorts, long form or YouTube.

If it's shorts, I would say: "You spent hours on reels, but no views?"

"SL: Are your reels getting only 3-digit views
pv: then read this"

Copy:

Do you know why all businesses are made about content creation?

Most of the struggle with that …..

Here’s exactly how you can spark your  viral content:-

It's almost like you are in a bustling market where everyone is making noises, you have a sweet shop….

That you wanna make customers make them try ….

REVIEW:

  • I don't care about them; I am here for my problem.

  • Break in flow after 2nd line lol

  • AI AUNTY SLAP when I read ‘here’s exactly’

  • This sweet shop analogy is over my head

Copy:

Content creation is like hanging out with sweet samples with potential customers that grab attention...

And making the first bite unforgettable through storytelling, giving immense value, and adding sparkle to it with your authenticity …

Rather than copying, lip-syncing on trends …

Your posting is consistent that feels like throwing the stuff on the wall and hoping that it sticks…

REVIEW:

  • Another slap from AI Aunty

  • Threat: multiple ideas in one copy

Copy:

This is a sign you need a content strategy on a long term ….

But you are just spending hrs on that reel video that gets 263 views ….

You aren't even using analytics and doing some a/b split test …..

REVIEW:

This is a sign that you should stop using AI to generate your copy from scratch, then edit some parts to sound less AI.

But that's worse.

As a beginner, for the first 2-3 months, just write your copy by yourself.

And the last line “you are…a/b split test” This point can be shown as the solution, if it is used in the right way

Copy:

We have eliminated these problems and grown our clients who have reached massive results….

And you can take our sparkle package to get all these issues fixed in one go…

REVIEW:

  • Who are we here? me? You, or your spouse, lol?

  • lot of buzzwords

  • Final suggestion:

0.1/10 for this copy. Write your copy by yourself; stop using AI.  Just write with proper research.

I don’t wanna insult anyone, but it’s not following basic conversational english too, so i being crazy to talk like that.

And sometimes you're nicest to people by not being nice to them.

So, keep writing, and if you wanna improve your copy in this AI era while using AI in the right way, watch this.
