Hey bro,
Today I went to a temple with my mom cause of a big festival in our local area.
There are 100s of people going here and there. But a priest walked straight to us and made an offer.
I thought, “Why did he come to us and make an offer to do Puja for us?”
Then I realised it's because of how my mom and I present ourselves.
I was in my all-time favourite outfit, and to avoid decision fatigue in a black outfit like this:

Black pants. Black shirt. Black watch.
Always.
The priest saw me first and assumed I mattered a lot.
The same thing happens in copywriting.
Your offer can be great. Your skills can be solid. But if your presentation looks cheap, nobody takes you seriously.
I see copywriters with amazing skills charging $10 per email. Cause their portfolio looks like shit and their pitch sounds desperate.
Then I see average copywriters charging $50 per email. Cause they have a clean website and are confident in their positioning and offer.
The market doesn't judge your skill first. It judges your presentation.
So, stop focusing only on skill. Start focusing on how you present yourself, your confidence and how you communicate.
Your presentation decides whether you get paid or not.
