Hey Bro,

Yesterday I was doing back exercises at the gym. In between that time, something weird happened.

One guy stood in the middle of the gym and started talking to 4 other people. I thought it was some fitness stuff or BS.

But his words and enthusiasm pulled me like a magnet.

I left my exercise. Went and stood with them.

Started listening. And nodding my head like this kid:

I asked more questions than anyone else in that convo.

But before what we talked about, let me tell you a little bit about that guy who started the conversation.

He is a gym manager. Stays there 24 hours cause he has a rented room there.

Also, a street-smart person like Jordan Belfort lol.

He was talking about how the sand and truck business works on our riverside.

The 4 big investors are buying the sand and stone rights to our nearby rivers from the government.

And construction companies always tie up with truck drivers. So, the drivers can get this sand and stone for construction sites with a commission model.

So, the drivers come to the riverside, talk to the riverside area inspector who watches everything in that whole area.

And the inspector checks:

  • How many trucks are going?

  • How many tons of sand are being moved?

  • Is Everything happening under supervision and the law or not?

If something breaks, they report to all 4 owners. Then the town police.

And underneath all that, the Dark politics and black money game, which I shouldn't cover here lol.

But one thing I realised.

The most boring and effort-heavy business has more money.

Nobody talks about the sand and stone, lol. But the money is there for years consistently over the time.

Same for copywriting.

Everyone wants to write for coaches and course creators. Sexy niches.

But the boring industries like: Construction, Logistics and Manufacturing….

Nobody is writing copy for them lol.

So there’s less competition in it. And easier to get clients if you have the overall idea of the business.

Then you can make more money.

So, go where nobody wants to go. That's where the money is.
