Hey {{first_name|Bro}},
Whenever I go into any physical store in my local area, this little-known thing always gives me an odd feeling:

I think, ok, that's the pull, which means towards me. Then I first imagine it with my hand movements, and then I push.
And it's literally a waste of time to think and pull the door. But the new aotomatic door technology is the solution for it, and it's a little expensive in my country.
So, I have to wait for this hurdle for some years, or I can use this hurdle in my copy to feel better for now.
The pull and push technique is especially used as an emotional rollercoaster technique in copy.
First, you pull the reader’s emotion by showing their problem first. Then push them forward, showing the dream stuff of that problem and what it will look like if your problem is solved.
Then again, pull them down by agitating them with the pain; if they don't take any action right now, they will have that pain every single time.
Then we push them towards the call to action to solve it.
Let me recap:
Make them feel their Problem, show the state of solving it, then agitate with the problem, and at the end, CTA.
pull → push → pull → push
It's as simple as opening the door of your room.
If it is, then my new video on Copywriting Day 181: Isolation Made Me Forget I Had Balls, It will be helpful in pushing your copywriting journey forward.
