Yo,
There’s one of my friends whose father is a multi-millionaire, and he sells street poles.

Interesting and funny at the same time.
But you can't imagine how much money they are making lol.
And I realised and feel a line I heard from a billionaire in the School of Hard Knocks YouTube video:
"The most boring business in the world has the most money you can imagine." lol
See, in digital marketing we use our creativity and campaigns, which make us do our job without any hesitation.
Here in this pole business, they buy materials first, then have people and a team to make poles, and then go to the street and plant them.
Easy 8-10 crore (~$0.8-$1M) revenue per year.
Crazy money!

And to manage this stuff, his father has a very good team and years of industry experience working in other industries as a co-founder.
Then started his own company.
And the biggest advantage he has is the knowledge, experience, and managerial skills. All he does is invest money and make money.
I am just amazed there is plenty of money on the street I walk.
They also need marketing, and they also need a fancy website, which can be done by AI, and you just have to do the copywriting and sell them something around $1000 by 2-3 hours of work lol.
Crazy, crazy.
It just opened up my eyes to this industry lol.
I might target them for getting leads and creating new websites.
Also do the same for your local area.

The GTM bets that shouldn't have worked, and did
One grew revenue 50x after half his team quit over the strategy. One brought in 50K signups in a single day with no paid budget. One generated 100M+ views from a stunt that took 50 hours to conceive. One asked every prospect to demo the product themselves instead of demoing it for them.
None of them followed the safe playbook. They treated GTM like an experiment, moved before they had proof, and made bets most founders would never get approved.
HubSpot for Startups documented all 6 stories in the free Bold Bets Playbook. The risks they took, why it was risky, and what it returned.
