I recently visited the bank for some work with my mom.
We went to the chief manager's cabinet and said, "Namaste, sir.” to him.
And sat in the chair as he suggested with his shiny Black bald head and good gestures.
Then he didn't get into our work and problem first.
But tried to build a relationship by asking about my education, job, the place we live, and all that.
Also, he talked about his home, where he is from.
So he is using the relativity concept so people can relate to what they talk about.
And after we talked about all the stuff, one accountant came and did our paperwork.
At the time, paperwork, 4-5 people come and go to the chief manager, people like:
A criminal.
A woman's empowerment group head.
A businessman with different places of his business in farming & many more.
So all he did was: not getting to their problem first, but building relations and asking about their life.
And it’s his right to do so, cause first it shows authenticity. As a bank employee, you should be the right guy who is talking, not the fake guy.
So being real and friendly, and most importantly making connections with people from various industries, which will help him as an individual afterwards.
So keep healthy relationships with people from various industries, cause it might help you in the future.
And if you're a teenager just with a laptop and internet, you can make money.
But if you want to build an empire and a high-value network, you have to connect with the right number of people in the physical world.
